These gentlemen had a lot of catching up to do over the closing table.  Mr. Borders just purchased Mr. Ellington’s 55+ acres in Blackjack area of Nacogdoches.  They hadn’t seen each other since Mr. Borders purchased Mrs. Ellington’s land in 2015.  Small world.  Good time was had by all.
